Corporate social responsibility (short as CSR) evolved from Adam Smith’s invisible hand. It refers to the corporates’ responsibilities to employees, consumers, community and environment when they are gaining profits and bearing legal responsibilities. CSR requires the companies to go beyond the traditional thought that enterprises are existed only for making profits, it emphasises the care on people’s value during the production procedure, and the contribution to environment, consumers and society.
